Clara Claudine Royer

Clara “Claudine” Royer passed away at the Lake Charles Care Center Memory Care Unit on October 4, 2019 at the age of 85.

Claudine was a faithful member of First Pentecostal Church of Ragley (aka Bear Church).  She enjoyed quilting, cooking, and baking for church functions and fundraisers.  She was a lifelong Christian spreading smiles and joy with her singing of church hymns.  She will be missed and never forgotten.

Claudine is survived by her sisters, Stella Mae Foland of Ridgeland, MS, Dorothy Rae Shepherd of Oxford, GA; brother, John “Freeman” Conley and wife Judy of Moss Bluff; her son, Mark Anthony Royer and wife Leah of Moss Bluff; daughter, Pamela Joy Royer of Ragley; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 1 grand-dog.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John Attword Conley and Virgie Zoe Conley; her son, Attwood McCoy Royer and grand-dog, Belle.
