Jane Barnett Waldrip

Jane Burnett Waldrip, originally from Ragley, Louisiana, died May 22, 2023 in Memphis. She was the widow of Herbert Waldrip, former Vice-President of Operations of Holiday Inns. During his career, Jane and Herb traveled and lived from Florida to Hawaii. Jane, a vibrant hostess and warm mother, always put her family first and helped her children excel. She enjoyed exercise, gardening, and church work. She was a true Steel Magnolia. Surviving her are her daughter Karen Berry MD (Ed Debevec) of Memphis, son Gregory Waldrip (Susan) of Wichita, grandchildren Philip Berry of Houston, Caroline Berry of Nashville, Jackson 

Waldrip DO (Victoria) of Hartford, CT, Spencer Waldrip of Wichita and Elizabeth Waldrip of Wichita. Burial will be at Magnolia Cemetery, Ragley, Louisiana.
