Logan Hereford

Logan Hereford, 68, of Lake Charles, LA passed away on December 2, 2015 in Galveston, TX.   Logan was born on December 2, 1947 in Beaumont, TX to James and Jesse Hereford. He was a very wise man who loved his family and friends and always had time to listen. Logan enjoyed marksman shooting and Ham Radio. He was a man that had a strong faith and a kind heart and found great comfort in his Lord and Savior. He was a member of University Baptist Church. Logan retired from Moss Regional Hospital after thirteen years of service as IT Technician.   He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Rose Marie Hereford; one son, Stuart Hereford and wife Brandy of Houston, TX; three stepchildren, Renee Bellard of Lake Charles, LA, Tammy Thibodeaux of Sulphur, LA, and Tony Palumbo of Arnaudeville, LA; two grandchildren, Evan Hereford and Lily Hereford of Houston, TX; and step grandchildren, Jared Bellard of Lake Charles, LA and Amanda Erbelding and husband Ethan of Lake Charles, LA.   Logan is preceded in death by his parents.   A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. John Astling will officiate services.
