Agnes Marie Thibodeaux

Agnes Marie Thibodeaux, 88, of Lake Charles, LA died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 in Autumn Leaves Memory Care Facility in Houston, TX.

Agnes was born on April 20, 1927 in Kaplan, LA to Robert and Amedia Duhon. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and cooking.

She is survived by her two children, Mike Thibodeaux of Lake Charles, LA and Jenny Stires and husband Joe of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren, Nikki, Josh, Jeremy, Dustin, Michele, Elizabeth, and Andrew; and eight great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Adam Reed Thibodeaux, her parents; and her brothers and sister.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Autumn Leaves Memory Care Facility.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 6:00 PM Rosary. Visitation will resume on Sunday from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Prien Memorial Park. Deacon George Carr from Our Lady Queen of Heaven will officiate services.
