Allan Theodore Peet, Sr., 70, of Magnolia, TX, died on Saturday, July 19, 2014 in his residence. Mr. Peet was born February 13, 1944 in Lake Charles, LA and has resided in the Houston, TX area since 1964. Mr. Peet is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Ruby Manuel Peet; son, Allan T. Peet, Jr. and wife Tina of Tomball, TX; daughters, Debbie Diaz and husband Leo of Rosenberg, TX and Paula Leblond of Spring, TX; brothers, Norman Peet and wife Bertha of Lake Charles, Keith Peet and wife Ilsa of Puerto Rico, Mark Peet and wife DeAnn of Lacassine, and Daniel Peet and wife Georgia of Lake Charles; sisters, Amy Reynolds of Moss Bluff, JoAnn Simon and husband Robert of Toledo Bend, and Eula George of Pineville; sister-in-law, Donna Peet of Moss Bluff; and grandchildren, Stephanie Lee, Heather Perry, Chase Lackey, Tyler Leblond, Haley Leblond, Allan Theodore Peet, III, and Kayla Peet. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emerson and Evelyn Blanchette Peet; brother, Emerson Peet; and two brothers-in-law, Jack Reynolds and Bob George. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Monsignor Charles Dubois will officiate. Burial will follow in Ritchie Cemetery in Moss Bluff. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the start of the service with a rosary at 10:30 AM.
