Amy Lois Reynolds

April 22, 1938 — August 23, 2024

Amy Peet Reynolds, 86, passed away peacefully on the morning of August 23, 2024. She was born on April 22, 1938, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Amy was a 1956 graduate of St. Charles Academy, and she met the love of her life, Rev. Deacon Jack Reynolds the same year.

She was a faithful member of St. Theodore's Catholic Church, where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Ladies Altar Society. Her greatest love was her family, and she cherished making those close to her laugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Deacon Jack Reynolds; her parents, Emmerson and Evelyn Blanchette Peet; her sister, Eula Mae George; her brothers, Emmerson Peet, Allan Peet, Keith Peet, and Mark Peet; and her sons, Raymond Emmerson Reynolds and Michael Earl Reynolds.
