Anna Marie Vandewyngearde

Anna Marie VanDeWyngearde, 71, of Lake Charles, Louisiana died on Sunday, May 11, 2014 in a local hospital. Marie was born on September 5, 1942 in Norma, Tennessee. She was 1950 graduate of Norma High School. Marie worked for Black Tie Cleaners, as a pant presser for many years. She loved all of her family. She is survived by three daughters, Maggie Simpson of Moss Bluff, LA, Donna Simon and husband Mark of Lake Charles, LA, and Joann Simpson and husband Tony of Lake Charles, LA, two sons, Jackie Simpson, Jr. and wife Louise of Lake Charles, LA, and Dean Anderson of Knoxville, TN, one sister, Cheeta Aches and husband Yogi of Chattanooga, TN, 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. Marie preceded in death by one brother; her mother; and a grandson. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM, at Johnson Funeral Home. Revered Chandler Willis will officiate. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until the time of service. Cremation is entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
