Arleen Marie Hauck Elliott

Arleen Marie Hauck Elliott, 83, passed away on August 20, 2023 in a local hospital. She was born on June 7, 1940, in Towner, North Dakota, to Adam Cornelius and Helen Kuhn Hauck.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Charles Elliott; her parents; her sister, Betty Lou Hauck Loftesness; her brothers, Dennis James Hauck and Gerald Thomas Hauck; and two grandchildren, Justin and Stephanie.

Those left to cherish her memory are, her children, Roger Dale Elliott and wife Shirley Harper; Denise Kathleen Elliott Baldwin and husband Lance Baldwin; Ricky Lee Elliott and wife Jennifer Sue Elliott; Kathleen Marie Elliott Cunningham and husband Patrick James Cunningham Jr; and Colleen Elizabeth Elliott Guilliams and husband Daryl Guilliams; her brothers, Ronald Leo Hauck, Darryl Dean Hauck, and John Adam Hauck; and her sisters, Janice Marie Hauck Acker and Lynette Ann Hauck Schlect; her grandchildren, Christopher Adam Elliott and wife April Elliott, Cory James Baldwin, Shannon Elliott, Jenny Elliott, Patrick Elliott, Amy Elliott,  Kristin Harper, Steven Harper, Kayla Harper, John Michael Bryant, Elliott Blake Guilliams, Thomas James Cunningham, Tiffany Lauren Cunningham, Matthias Lee Elliott, Zach Thomas Elliott, and Ethan William Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Tabitha Sedman, Hailey Elliott, Lacey Elliott, Alexya Elliott, Ianiyah Jones, and Romeo Jones.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, located at 3939 Lake Street, Lake Charles, LA. Father Wayne Lebleu will serve as Celebrant. Burial will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in Pilgrim Home Cemetery, located at 16258 Hwy 157, Benton, LA under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Monday, August 28, 2023 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, located at 4321 Lake Street, Lake Charles, LA, and will continue on Monday evening until 8:00 PM, with a rosary being recited at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Tuesday at 12:00 Noon, and will continue until leaving in procession to the church at 1:30 PM.
