Arthur "Barry" Reeves

Arthur “Barry” Reeves Sr., 66 of Lake Charles, LA died Sunday, April 10, 2016.

Arthur was born on November 18, 1949 in Lake Charles, LA to Arthur and Maloria Reeves.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Arthur was known for his kind and compassionate ways.

Those left to cherish his memory are his two children, Melanie McFatridge of Paris, TX and Barry Reeves Jr., of Elton, LA; and his seven grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 15, 2016 at Creel Cemetery Day Chapel in Bel, LA. Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Creel Cemetery Day Chapel in Bel, LA. Deacon Michael Guillory will officiate services. Burial of cremated remains will be at Creel Cemetery. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
