Ashley Nicole Johnson

Ashley Nicole Johnson, 37, of Jennings passed away on April 3, 2023 at her residence. 

Ashley was a fun-loving person, one of her favorite things to say was “give me another cigarette, my nerves are bad”. She loved eating lemonhead candy, drinking Dr. Pepper, smoking her cigarettes, and drinking her coffee. You could always count on her overloading the laundry, which was a funny joke she played on all of us. Ashley loved her children and her family. She always enjoyed dying eggs with her kids. She was loved and will be missed by all that knew her.

Those left to cherish Ashley’s memory are her husband, Louis Johnson, Sr. of Jennings, LA; son, Bryce Johnson (Ashley) of Kentucky, Louis Johnson Jr. of Jennings, LA, Colton Johnson of Sulphur, LA, Dustin Johnson of Jennings, LA, Izick Johnson of Jennings, LA; Mother, Karla Simmons of DeQuincy, LA; brother, A.J. Simmons III (Jodi) of Sulphur, LA; maternal grandmother, Lynn Koonce of DeQuincy and stepson, Jace Hayes of Westlake.

She is preceded in death by her father, A.J. Simmons, Jr. and sister, Terry LeDoux.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
