Audrey Jo Moore

Audrey Jo Moore, 89, of Sulphur passed away on January 3, 2012. Funeral services will held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randall Chesson officiating. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly, LA. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Robison Funeral Home and will resume on Thursday at 8 a.m. until time of service. Audrey was a native and lifelong Sulphur resident. She was a homemaker, a caring and loving mother, grandmother and friend. Audrey was a charter member of Parkview Baptist Church. Audrey is survived by her son, Wilson Abe Abshire and companion Tina Coffman of Sulphur, daughter, Gloria Moore and husband, Glen of Sulphur, brother, Gene Landry of Carlyss ,one son-in-law, Luke Dugas of Sulphur; 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wilson Abshire, Sr.; and second husband, Adam W. Moore; parents, Joseph and Annie Landry; two daughters, Merna Dugas and Shirley Korman; grandson, Rocky Vincent; one great-great granddaughter, Gracie Marshall; and three sisters and two brothers.
