Barbara Bruno Frost

Barbara Bruno Frost, 78, of Lake Charles, LA died on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in Hemphill, TX.

Barbara was born on February 7, 1938 in Sulphur, LA to Louis and Ruth Bruno. She grew up in a big family in Lake Charles, LA. Ms. Barbara enjoyed coloring, fishing, and collecting Elvis memorabilia. She also loved being around family and friends. Barbara also liked taking care of her plants.

She is survived by her three children, Diana Frost of Lake Charles, LA, Denise Frost Ammons of Hemphill, TX, and Darlene Frost of Lake Charles, LA; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and six siblings, Betty Kingham, Shirley Ferri, Delores Foley, Wyonna Berzas, Helen Brown, and Jerry Bruno.

She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 44 years, George Frost; and one daughter, Donna Gale Frost.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Dr. Don Johnson will officiate services. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
