But as it is written "EYE HATH NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NEITHER HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN, THE THINGS WHICH GOD HATH PREPARED FOR THEM THAT LOVE HIM" I CORINTHIANS 2:9 Barbara Jane Glover, 50, of Kinder died Friday, April 3, 2015. Barbara was born on August 2, 1964 to Ernest Wayne Glover, Sr. and Mukerrem Inci Glover at Fort Mead, Maryland. Her family settled in Lake Charles in 1978. She was a 1983 graduate of Barbe High School and served in the Army as a flight coordinator. Barbara was a Customer Service Representative for Allied Glass in Lake Charles. She enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, and was an avid football fan. She will be remembered for her devotion to caring for others. Barbara leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Ernest Glover, Sr., of Cincinnati, Ohio, and her mother, Mukerrem Inci Glover, of Lake Charles; her brothers, Ernie Glover, Jr., and Keenan Glover and his wife, Allison Glover, and their children, Emily Palombo, Julia Glover, Nicolas Burge, and Jacob Burge, of Lake Charles; long time companion, Paul Walker of Kinder; and her dog, Dexter. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Barney Wescott. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 09, 2015 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Chan Willis will officiate. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation Wednesday will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue Thursday from 8:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home.
