Barbara Jean Leday

Barbara Jean LeDay, age 34, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at Memorial Specialty in Lake Charles.

She is the beloved sister of Sylvia LeDay and daughter of Sun Sik “Susan” Park and Robert LeDay and granddaughter of Werlin LeDay and Sayretha Bellow LeDay.

She is survived by her sister, father, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her two cats, Howl and Copper.

She had many friends whose lives she touched. She was a kind-hearted, unique, artistic person who will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held for Barbara at Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 1:00 PM. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 12:00 PM until the start of the service. Family, friends, and others whose lives were touch by Barbara are invited, not to mourn her death, but to celebrate the life she shared with us.
