Barbara Reeves

Barbara Ann Reeves, 75, passed away in her residence on Tuesday,          May 8, 2023.  Barbara was born on December 4, 1947 in Lake Charles,    LA to Adam and Agnes Jacks Trahan.  She was an excellent cook and seamstress and loved spending time with her grandkids. Barbara took in a   lot of her children’s friends and family members over the years.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kenny Reeves (Traci) and Connie Eckert; grandchildren, Matthew Reeves (Amy), Chantel Reeves, Kenneth Eckert (Joanna); great grandchildren, Carter and Deacon Reeves; daughter in law, Trina Duncan and a sister, Joyce Burnette.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Reeves. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 1:00pm in Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff with Rev. Larry Davis officiating.

Burial will follow in Old Richie Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday at Noon until service time.
