Beau Cannon Russell

Beau Cannon Russell, 51, went to be with the Lord after a brief illness on Thursday evening, March 9, 2023 in an area hospital.

Beau was born August 16, 1971 to Barry and Pearl Russell of Sulphur.

Beau was a lifelong resident of Sulphur, a LSU Tiger fan and enjoyed the many outdoor activities that the area provided. An avid fisherman, Beau enjoyed saltwater fishing on Big Lake as well as bass fishing trips to Toledo Bend.

Beau never married but enjoyed the company of his faithful pets especially his yellow lab Cotton.

Beau is preceded in death by his dad, Barry Russell and is survived by his mom Pearl; brothers and sisters-in-law Wesley (wife Laura), Ryan (wife Missy) and Greg (wife Kristi). Beau had five nephews (Mark, Kaelob, Kody, Chase and Cade) whom he always enjoyed hearing stories of their adventures.

The family would like to thank the caregivers of the Cal-Cam hospital ICU unit for their service during Beau’s illness.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
