Bernell James Logue

Bernell James Logue, 60, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, in his Sulphur residence.

A lifelong Sulphur resident, Bernell was a graduate of Sulphur High School Class of 1980 and Delta School of Business.  He enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, and spending time with his grandchildren.  Bernell was employed as carpenter before his illness.  He will be remembered for speaking his mind, and his love of joking around with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Melba Logue; and his sister, Lena Vincent

He leaves to cherish his memory a son, Teal Logue and wife Tawana of Dequincy; daughter, Erica Morvant and husband Chris of Sugartown; brothers, Lester and Rodney Logue all   of Sulphur; six grandchildren, Adilee, Oaklynn, and Kyder Morvant, Anthony Perkins, Landon and Chloe Logue; and two great grandchildren, Rylan and Rhett Perkins      

A memorial service honoring Bernell’s life will be held at 2PM, Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Johnson & Robison Funeral Home of Sulphur. A gathering of family and friends will be held 12pm until time of service at 2pm.
