Beverly Jean Doucet

Beverly J. Doucet, 68, of Sulphur, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023, surrounded by her family.  
A lifelong Sulphur resident, Beverly was a 1973 Sulphur High School graduate. She had worked for several local convenience stores and for the Gravity Drainage District. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles, watching games shows and spending time with family.  Beverly will be fondly remembered for her stubborn nature, her outgoing personality, and love of people. 
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, Darrell “Glenn: Doucet; three children, Darren Doucet (Lori) of Humble, TX, Heather Cormier (Brandon) of Sulphur, and Lacy Allen (Tyler) of Sulphur; eight grandchildren, Brianna Doucet (Grant), Brooke Cormier, and  Brailynn Cormier all of Sulphur, Emily Viator of Humble, TX, Tristan Doucet, Mason Allen, Gunner Allen and Emma Allen all of Sulphur; and one great grandchild on the way. She will also be missed by her siblings, Gloria Tupper of Sulphur, Carolyn Martinez of Houston, Rocky Dupre and Scotty Dupre both of Sulphur. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fredrick and Alma Dupre; and two sisters, Linda Wix and Brenda Dougherty.
In honor of Beverly’s wishes no services will be held. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Robison Funeral Home of Sulphur.
