Billy Wayne Stark Ii

Billy Wayne Stark II, 55, of Sulphur, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He was a native and life-long resident of Sulphur. He was a graduate of Sulphur High School. He worked as a carpenter through Carpenters Local 953, where he also served as president. He was a member of Henning United Methodist Church. Billy is survived by his wife, Peggy Stark of Sulphur; son, Justin Stark of Lake Charles; daughters: Jamie Stark of Lake Charles, Alison Pomes of Sulphur, Melinda Coll of Baton Rouge, and Kesha Deslatte of Sulphur; sisters: Becky Haraminac and husband Joe of Sulphur and Janet Sonnier and husband Jimmy of DeRidder; 13 grandchildren, and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Billy and Phyllis Stark; and brother, David Stark. A private service will be held at a later date.
