Bobby Webre

July 8, 1956 — February 12, 2022

Robert Milton “Bobby” Webre, 65, of Moss Bluff, LA, was called home to his Lord and Savior at 3:45 AM on Saturday, February 12, 2022 in his daughter’s residence.

Mr. Webre was born July 8, 1956 at Cal-Cam Hospital in Sulphur, LA.  He attended Calcasieu Academy Private School, where he met the love of his life, Colleen.  He continued the legacy of Pistol’s Plumbing, where his employees were an extension of his family.  He retired in 2018 and moved to beautiful Broken Bow, OK for the next adventure and journey in his life.  He recently moved back to Moss Bluff to live out his final time on earth surrounded by his family.  Bobby never met a stranger and was always there to lend a helping hand or words of wisdom to anyone that may have been in need.  He lived life to the fullest and always made an impact on the hearts of everyone that he met.  While living out retirement in Broken Bow, he attended Victory Life Church and was active in a local Jeep club.  Bobby always enjoyed spending time outdoors:  hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking, camping and would swim any chance he was given.  He will truly be missed and remembered for all of his life “experiences”.

Mr. Webre is survived by the love of his life and wife of forty-seven years, Colleen Richard Webre; daughter, Corrie Tarver and husband Butch of Moss Bluff; son, Elijah Webre of Sulphur, LA; his faithful forever fur friend, Apache; siblings, Mary Sue Carr of Baytown, TX, Betty Lou Hudson and husband Henry of Brunswick, GA, Daniel Webre and wife Jeanette of Lake Charles, Cathy Norwood of Sulphur, LA, and Rodney Webre of Sulphur, LA; mother-in-law, Florine Richard of Lake Charles; sister-in-law, Vickie Richard and husband Nick Fasske of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Gabrielle Tarver Bellino and husband Jared of Sulphur, LA and Sebastian Tarver and girlfriend, Kayden Pellerin of Moss Bluff; great-grandsons, Oakley and Wyatt Guidry; and numerous close friends and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Webre, Jr. and Evelyn Webre; father-in-law, Donald “Pistol” Richard; and brothers-in-law, Joe Carr and Curtis Richard.

His memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.  Pastor Vince Guidry will officiate.  A gathering of family members and friends will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
