Brandi Renee Broussard

Brandi Renee Broussard, 33, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 as the result of a car accident. Brandi was a 2000 graduate of Sulphur High School where she played softball and a 2004 graduate of McNeese State University School of nursing. She was a pediatric oncology travel nurse for Texas Children's Hospital. Brandi was an avid sports fan and loved being part of a team. She loved all of the kids that she worked with. Brandi loved her family. Brandi is survived by her parents, Gervis and Pam Broussard; one sister, Danielle Guidry and husband Eric; significant other, Brandy Landry; maternal grandmother, Hattie Thibodeaux; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and her fur babies, Bree, Bentley and Hunter. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Harvey Thibodeaux and paternal grandparents, Rodney and Joyce Broussard. Services for Brandi will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 1 pm at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Aubrey Guilbeau, M.S. officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 28, 2015 from 3-9 pm at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur. A rosary will be recited at 7 pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday from 9 am until time to leave for the church.
