Brandon Lewis Magnuson

Brandon was born in Lake Charles on February 19, 1983 and passed away at his residence on June 2, 2023 at the age of 40.

Brandon was a lifelong resident of Iowa and a graduate of Iowa High School. However, he considered his true home to be the family camp at Little Chenier. He truly loved fishing and hunting and the wonderful times with friends and family there.

Brandon was a very giving person and never hesitated to help a friend in need whenever possible. He will be truly missed by many friends and family.

He is preceded in death by grandparents; Richard and Colleen Magnuson, Lewis Magnuson, Thomas Horne, Addie Miller and Harold Landry.

Left to cherish his memory are parents; Richard and Shirley Magnuson, Kenneth Magnuson and Sharon Landry; children, Legacy and Joseph; sister, Michele; brother, Colby; grandmothers Jane Sonnier and Julie Miller and numerous family and friends.

Family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date.
