Brenon Philip Damiata

Brenon Philip Damiata, 52, of Lake Charles died on Sunday, August 12, 2012 in a local hospital.

Mr. Damiata was born on May 14, 1960 in Lake Charles. He was employed with the United States Postal Service for over 20 years.

Those left to cherish his memory is a son, Jeremy Damiata and wife Kasey and twins, Josh and Lauren Damiata all of Lake Charles; his father, Philip V. Damiata of Lake Charles; a sister, Lori Romero of Sulphur; the mother of his children and companion, Brenda Damiata of Lake Charles; and three nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Anda Matte Damiata; and brother, Paul Damiata.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, August 16, 2012 in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. The Rev. John Huckaby will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Garden Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Thursday from 8:00 AM until 11:15 AM in the funeral home.
