Bridget Mary Labauve Landry

Bridget Mary Landry, 94, of Lake Charles passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 27, 2014 in a local care facility. Ms. Bridget was born April 18, 1920 in Lake Charles, LA to D.J. and Bridget LaBauve. She enjoyed being around family and friends. She also loved crocheting, working jigsaw puzzles, and gardening. She was a native of Lake Charles and retired from Caigle Chevrolet as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her two loving daughters, Caroline Jung of Lake Charles and Betty Alice Davis of Lake Charles; two granddaughters; two grandsons; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; two sisters, Betty LaBauve Cooke of Lake Charles and Alice LaBauve Brocato of Lake Charles. She is preceded in death by four brothers and her parents. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Friday, August 29, 2014 until time of service at Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Pastor Gary Evers will officiate services.
