Carroll "Slick" Joseph Perez, Sr.

Carroll Joseph Perez Sr., 75, of LeBleu Settlement, LA died Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in his residence.

Carroll was born on April 6, 1940 in Thibodeaux, LA to Anatole and Viola Perez. He was an Operator in the Oilfield Industry for over 30 years. Carroll loved fishing and being around family and friends. He was a lifelong resident of LeBleu Settlement, LA.

Survivors include one son, Carroll Perez Jr. and wife Sondra of Deridder, LA; one grandson, Carroll Perez III of Deridder, LA; one sister, Linda Perez LeBlanc and husband Allen; and one brother, Terry Perez and wife Loretta.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, February 22, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM Monday, February 22, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow services. Rev. Ronnie Estes will officiate services.
