Catherine Belle Richard

Catherine Belle Richard, 85, of Sulphur passed away on March 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born on June 23, 1927 in Crowley, Louisiana. She helped establish and was a member of the Legion of Mary at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church. Catherine is survived by sons: John LeRoy Conner and wife Maudry of Moss Bluff, LA, John Dolan Richard, Jr. and wife Grace of Welch, LA, David C. Richard, Sr. and wife Ellen of Sulphur, LA, Felix A. Richard of Sulphur, LA, Thomas S. Richard of Sulphur, LA, and Homer Jude Richard and wife Gail of Sulphur, LA; 47 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church at 2:00 pm with Father Brian Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Farquar Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Robison Funeral Home from 4:00 pm " 9:00 pm with a Cursillo Rosary at 5:15 and a Traditional Rosary at 6:30.
