Chad Adrian Warriner

Chad Adrian Warriner, 48, passed away in the comfort of his home on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.  He was born on June 12, 1973, to Earl Henry and Carol Ann Schexnider Warriner in Lake Charles, LA.

Chad graduated from LaGrange High School in 1992.  He worked with Mercy Ships on the Anastasis, traveling to England, Scotland, Lithuania, Sweden and Norway.  He worked at Walmart from 1997 to 2013.  He also worked at Tractor Supply and Lowe’s.  He was a member of Trinity Baptist church, and was involved in the choir.

Chad loved animals, and drawing landscapes and people.  He was a fun-loving person who enjoyed being with friends.  From an early age, he longed to see Jesus face to face, and always tried to encourage others.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Carol Schexnider of Lake Charles, his step mother, Kathy Warriner of Hastings, NE; his brother, Shane Warriner (Rachael) of Sulphur, LA; his stepbrother, Scott Damrow (Traci) of Omaha, NE; his stepsister, Debbie Damrow of Hastings, NE.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Henry Warriner; his grandparents, Glen and Phyllis Warriner; and his cousin, Emma Wheeler

His funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 28, 2022 in the Trinity Baptist Church Chapel, located at 1800 Country Club Rd.  Pastor Steve James will officiate.  Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
