Charles Ray Sheeley, 71 passed away on March 30, 2013 in his residence. Charles worked for Citgo Petroleum for 37 years retiring in 2003. He enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He also loved to drive for hours enjoying the scenery and spotting all the animals. Charles is survived by his wife of 45 years Brenda Sheeley of Sulphur; three daughters, Angela Conner and husband, Conroy of Carlyss, Pam Pope and husband, Mark of Broomfield, CO and Tara Guzman and husband, Juan of Cypress, TX; son, Charles Eric Sheeley and wife, Kiran of Lake Charles; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Larry Sheeley and wife, Pat, Mike Sheeley and wife, Tammy and Lynn Sheeley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Susie Sheeley; and grandchildren, Chandler Drake Conner and Neelam Rani Sheeley. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home. The family will have a private service on Wednesday.
