Christine "Chrissy" Ann Hebert, 46 of Merryville passed away on January 18, 2015 in the Sulphur hospital. Christine was born in Sulphur and lived in Merryville since 1995. She was a member of both Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Sulphur and DeQuincy. Chrissy loved to sing Karaoke, dance and baby sit. Chrissy is survived by five sisters, Brenda Arabie of Merryville, Debbie Montgomery of Moss Bluff, Anita Shoemake and husband Clarence of Merryville, Sue Manuel and husband Patrick of Ragley and Euna Mae Rollins of Carlyss; four brothers, Jack Hebert of Hackberry, Greg Durasso and wife Brenda of Moss Bluff, Martin Hebert and wife Sandy of Sulphur and Mark Hebert of Westlake; 17 nieces and nephews; 33 great nieces and nephews; and 7 great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Junius Valentine Hebert and Tellie Manuel Hebert; a brother, Evans Hebert; and a sister, Jimmie Ruth Thibodeaux. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 2 P.M. at St. Peters Catholic Church in Hackberry. Burial will be in New Hackberry Cemetery in Hackberry under the direction of Johnson and Robison Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the church hall from 11 A.M. with a rosary at 12 P.M. continuing visitation until time of the service.
