Cindi Dorene Louise Richard

Cindi Dorene Louise Richard, age 49, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away peacefully with family by her side Thursday, January 7^th, 2021.  Cindi was born September 15^th, 1971 to Alice Reilly Richard and Winston Landon Richard.

Cindi attended McNeese State University where she earned her degree in Mechanical Engineering.  She was employed by the City of Lake Charles doing a job she loved.

Left to cherish her memories are her parents; her son, Andrew Gage Socha of Lake Charles; sister, Dawn Allison Rosteet of Lake Charles and brother, Winston Landon Richard, Jr. of Lafayette.  Also surviving are nieces, Abigail Rene Rosteet and Allison Nicole Rosteet of Lake Charles and nephew, John Reilly Richard of Lafayette.

Preceding Cindi in death was her son, Caden Scott Socha.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 13^th, 2021 at Lake City Baptist Church on Holly Hill Road under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Rev. Ronnie Estes will officiate.  Interment services will follow at Prien Memorial Park.  Visitation Wednesday will be from 11:30 AM until the time of service in the church.
