Clay Cormier

Clay Allen Cormier, 33, died Monday, March 18, 2013 in Humble, Texas.

Amidst a sea of Saints fans, we say goodbye to our Cowboy, Clay. Our hearts are heavy, our family empty, as we let go too soon of our son, our brother, our uncle, our nephew, our cousin, our friend. Clay's Smile will always shine down on us when we think of the time we were lucky to have with him. Clay was a native and lived most of his life in Lake Charles prior to moving to the Humble, TX area.

Clay is survived by his parents, Arthur Paul Cormier and Shirley Fitzgerald; stepmother Tammy Cormier; brothers, Paul Cormier wife Cheril, Adam Fillion, Travis Johnson and wife Kristen, and Benny Johnson and wife Amanda; sisters, Brandy Cormier and Colleen Trahan and husband Rick. Clay will be missed by numerous nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Noon and Maria Cormier and Bill and Helen Duncan.

He has touched so many hearts with his kind heart and generous spirit. We will always love you Clay, and, for you, we will forever be cowboy fans..unless they play the Saints. We miss you, our Cowboy Angel.

Funeral services for Mr. Cormier will be Friday, March 22, 2013 at 10AM in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Terry Johnson will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 4:00 PM until 10:00PM with a 6:30PM Rosary, and continue Friday from 8AM until time of services.
