Cleo Coulter Jr. March 17, 1943 " June 13, 2012 As we grieve the heavens rejoice He is home! A memorial service for Cleo will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2012 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in Vinton, LA with Father Susil Fernando officiating. The family will receive friends at St. Josephs Catholic Church from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. with a presentation of the flag at 9 a.m. Following the service there will be a reception in the church hall. Cleo, 69 of Carlyss, LA entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 in Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Ima Coulter; one sister, Virginia Baker; three brothers, Jimmy, Winford and Randall Coulter. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory are his wife, Ethel Mathews Coulter of Carlyss; three daughters, Millette DeVille, Roxanna Maciel and Shannon Patin; one son, Brian Coulter;11 grandchildren; and five sisters.
