Cleveland Joseph Menard

Cleveland Joseph Menard, 41, of Lake Charles died on Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Lake Charles at a local hospital with his loving family at his side.

Cleveland was born on February, 9, 1972 in Lake Charles to the parents of Thomas and Mary Menard. He was a 1991 graduate of LaGrange Senior High School. Cleveland worked at PPG Industries for the past 10 years as an Operator. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.

He loved to fish and watch sports on television. Cleveland loved to be around all of his family. He was doing what he loved to do.

Cleveland is survived by his wife of 10 years Mrs. Ramona Thibodeaux Menard, one daughter, Curstin Menard, two sons; Gabriel Menard and Grant Menard all of Lake Charles, LA, one sister, Chere Richard and husband Brett of Cypress, TX, two brothers; Bryan Menard and wife Stephanie of Lake Charles, LA, and Keith Menard and wife Denise of Plano, TX, his mother, Mary Menard of Lake Charles, LA, his father, Thomas Menard of Navasota, TX, mother and father-in-law, Horace and Berna Thibodeaux of Grand Lake, LA.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Father Wayne LeBleu will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 9:00 AM until the time of services. A rosary will be recited at 12:30 PM.
