Cora A. Castleberry

Cora A. Castleberry, 69, of Lake Charles died at 3:12 PM Tuesday, October 30, 2012 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Castleberry was born in October 6, 1942 in Floresville, TX and has lived in Lake Charles since 1974. She was a member of Faith Bible Church. She loved raising and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. During her free time, she enjoyed watching Fox News.

She is survived by husband, Alvin Raymond Castleberry of Lake Charles; daughters, Karen Chung and husband Keith and Diana Castleberry; son, Paul Castleberry and wife Leslie Pease of Ames, IA; and grandchildren, Savannah Chung, Amelia Chung, Sela Castleberry and Nolan Castleberry.

Her funeral will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverends Don Johnson and Carless Beard will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and continue on Sunday from 8:00 AM until the start of the service.
