Curtis James Benoit

Curtis James Benoit, 56, of Lake Charles, died Wednesday November 12, 2014 at a local hospital following an extended illness. Curt was born in Lake Charles on November 13, 1957 and a graduate of Lake Charles High School. He was a well known floor specialist having worked his entire life in this industry, most recently at LOWES. He is survived by his wife, Myra Lynn Rhodes Benoit; sons, Seth Ryan Benoit and wife Ronnie (Roxi), and Garrett James Benoit, granddaughter, Drew Caitlin Benoit; parents, J.C. and Tootsie Benoit; brothers, Michael Wayne Benoit and Randy J. Benoit and wife Sue as well as many friends and extended family. Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday November 16 at Johnson Funeral Home. Memorial Services will be at 3:00 PM at the funeral home with Deacon Ray Menard officiating.
