Dale "Bubba" Mcbride

Dale “Bubba” McBride, 63, of Sulphur passed away on August, 18, 2016, surrounded by his family in a local hospital. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and he rodeoed in his younger years. Bubba loved spending time with all his nieces and nephews.  

Bubba is survived by his 2 sisters, Gail Hanchey and husband Douglas and Jane Lott and husband Butch all of Sulphur; 2 brothers, Bill McBride and wife Teresa of Sulphur and Dickie McBride and wife Pat of DeRidder; 12 nieces and nephews; and 17 great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lola “Suecoo” and Milton “M.J.” McBride; his niece, Kenzie Roden; and his nephew, Aaron Golden.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Andrews Kollannoor, M.S. officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 4-9 P.M. with a rosary at 7 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, August 23 at 8 A.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home until time of leaving for the church.
