Dale P. Johnson

Dale Patrick Johnson, 68, died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 5:35 P.M. in a local care facility. Born on May 4, 1945 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Hugh and Thelma Johnson, Mr. Dale was a resident of Lake Charles. He recently retired from McNeese in 2010. He enjoyed watching movies and traveling. He also loved forecasting technology and dreaming. Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Johnson and brother, Benjamin Johnson. Survivors include his father, Hugh Johnson; two daughters, Michelle Lynn Summers of Plano, Texas and Julie Ann Kurtz of Lake Charles, Louisiana; two brothers, Charles Johnson of Houston, Texas, Joe Johnson of Lake Charles, Louisiana; two sisters, Kathie Morgan of Hecker, Louisiana and Theresa Wills of Lacassine, Louisiana. Visitation will be Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 2:00 P.M. Until 4:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home.
