Daniel Cleve Mcgee

Daniel Cleve "Danny" McGee, 74, of Lake Charles died on Sunday November 15, 2015 at a Lafayette Hospital following an extended illness. Danny was a native and lifelong resident of Lake Charles. He was a hardworking man who was extremely passionate about cars. His passion was his profession as an independent automobile dealer. He was a lifelong member of St. Margaret Catholic Church and will be dearly missed as a father, grandfather and friend. Preceding Danny in death were his parents, Cleve and Ludie Marie Chaison McGee. Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Dianna Ortego and husband Scott, Keith McGee and wife Robin, Pam Cradure and husband Paul, Kathy Cradure and husband John, and Debbie Crosby and husband Dennis; all of Westlake, Kevin Dirk, Lafayette and Danielle Wiggins and husband Travis, Lake Charles; 12 grandchildren and 14 Great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM today, November 17, 2015 at Johnson Funeral home and continue until 8:00 PM, with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday November 18, 205 at Johnson Funeral Home with Deacon Anthony Pousson officiating. Burial will follow at Consolata Cemetery.
