Daran Wade O'Neill, Jr.

Daran Wade O’Neill, Jr., 31, of Lake Charles, LA, died on March 10, 2018 in Tyler, TX.

Daran was born September 24, 1986 in Lake Charles, LA, where he was a lifelong resident. He was a hard worker in the construction and carpentry industry and a proficient handyman. He enjoyed watching football, especially his New Orleans Saints and enjoyed playing video games. He will always be remembered for his funny personality and as a servant until the end, always being there for his family and five dogs.

Daran is survived by his parents, Daran and Kathy O’Neill; brother, Jesse O’Neill; half-brother, Daran O’Neill; son, Beau; grandparents, Glenn and Scarlett O’Neill; and great-grandmother, Beatrice O’Neill.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Betty Wolfe.

His memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Monsignor Daniel Torres will officiate. Cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
