Darren Charles Doherty

Darren Charles Doherty, 60, of Sulphur, LA passed away on March 16, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

Darren was born on April 30. 1962 in Sulphur, LA to Steve and Dorothy Doherty. He will always be known for his love and compassion for people. Darren was a man of true integrity. He enjoyed traveling, taking pictures, fishing, and being around his family cooking. He was a true humanitarian. Darren worked in the health care profession as a respiratory therapist.

Those left to cherish his memory are one daughter, Diane Myers and husband Bobby Myers; 5 grandchildren, Seth, Autumn, Bryton, Thomas, and Ivy; 2 great grandchildren; three siblings, Donna and Rick Massey, Steven Doherty and one sister; and one special friend, Sharon Territa.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
