Darren Kent Langley

Darren Kent Langley, 50, of Westlake, died Saturday December 24, 2011 at his residence.

He was born December 2, 1961 in Lake Charles to Leo and Geraldine Arnaud Langley and lived in Westlake most of his life. He was of the Catholic faith and worked as a longshoreman at the Port of Lake Charles and was a tree cutter for Dave's tree service. He was a member of ILA local #2047.

Preceding him in death are his parents, and a sister, Vernice Daigle. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Donna Marie Pousson Langley; stepsons, Jude Richard and Adam Richard; stepdaughter, Tiffany Richard; all of Westlake; brothers, Timothy Langley and Kenneth Langley, Westlake; Leo Langley, Jr., Lake Charles; sisters, Carline Kirkland, Miller, AR, Crystal Peck and Bernadette Sonnier, Westlake; maternal grandmother, Hazel Johnson, Eunice, LA; a grandson, Braidy Richard; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Tuesday December 26, 2011 Johnson Fuenral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Home with Deacon Garrett Caraway officiating.
