Darren Wayne Guillory

Darren Wayne Guillory, 53, of Iowa, LA passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

Darren was born on March 3, 1969, in Jennings, LA to Arlen and Ouida Guillory. Darren graduated from Bell City High School Class of 1987. He worked in the Petrochemical Industry for 25 plus years of services as an Instrument Tech and later moved into other positions where he loved the process and the people he worked with dearly. He loved tinkering with mechanics, carpentry, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors. Darren was always known for his love for his family and children where he could be found being silly and cutting up with everyone. He was a member of East Ridge Baptist Church where he loved to worship his Lord and Savior.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 33 years, Charlotte Guillory; two children, Brice Guillory and Jenna Guillory; father, Arlen Guillory; sister, Darlene Constance and Craig; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 He is preceded in death by his mother, Ouida Guidry Guillory and brothers, Arnold and Randy Guillory.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, August 29, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 6:30 PM on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 9:00 AM until time of services on Monday, August 29, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Alan Weishampel will officiate services, Burial will be at Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
