David Jones

David Jones, 70 of Sulphur passed away September 7, 2012 in his residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly, LA under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 3-9 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home and will resume on Monday at 8 a.m. until time of service. David was a native and life-long resident of Sulphur. He worked as a roofer for many years. David is survived by his daughter, Tammy Staley and husband, Fred of Sulphur; two sons, David Jones and wife, Selina of Sulphur and Terry Jones of Orange, TX; two brothers, Jim Jones and wife, Helen and Danny Jones and wife, Wanda all of Sulphur; four sisters, Linda Perry and husband, Buddy of Orange, TX, Lois Richardson of Elma, WA, Carol Jones of Sulphur and Jean Prohaska of Tallahassee, FL; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and a sister.
