David Lee Foreman passed from this life on July 1st 2012, surrounded by his parents, his Aunt Darla and closest friends in his final hours. He was born on February 7th, 1981, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. David Lee graduated from Pope High School in Marietta, Georgia and had completed three years of college in both Georgia and Texas. He was employed as a prosthetic and orthotics technician for a number of firms including CH Martin of Marietta as well as the Childrens Hospital of Atlanta. He enjoyed adventure, motorcycles, playing pool, cooking and socializing with his friends. With David Lees passing we remind others that his life is one to be celebrated; although we will miss him everyday, especially his quick and winning smile, he will remain forever in our hearts. There is a special place in our hearts for David Lees best friends Dave Fuller and Michael Lifton, for their continual dedication, love and support over the years. David Lee is survived by his two children Tyler Egert Foreman of Cummings, Georgia, and Kamryn Foreman of Douglasville, Georgia; his loving parents, Cynthia and Kevin Zemetis; sister Brandi Phillips, Husband Casey, and niece Cydney Myers; brothers, Duane and Shane Foreman of Hartsville, South Carolina; maternal grandparents Lee and Mary Domengeaux of Carlyss, Louisiana; as well as by many Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. He was predeceased by his father, David E Foreman, his paternal grandparents, Hill and Thelma Foreman, of Sulphur, Louisiana. There will be a recitation of the Rosary followed by a memorial service on July 14, 10:00 am at the Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur LA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
