David Ted Benoit

David Ted Benoit, 57, of Sulphur, passed away in a local care facility on Monday, October 16, 2023. David had a love of life that endeared him to family and friends alike. David liked to fish whenever he got the chance. He loved working with his hands and could do anything he put his mind to. David loved his family and would ask about them often.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amanda Fazzio (Chad) and family; brothers, Brian Sweeney of Sulphur, Terry Lee Sweeney Jr. (Gail) of Houma; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Benoit and Judy Sweeney; brother James Anthony Benoit; grandparents, Emile and Loreta Cormier.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, October 20, 2023, at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 AM until the time of service. Words of comfort may be left at www.robisonfuneralhome.com
