David Wayne Mills

David Wayne Mills, 45, of Baker, LA died on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

David was born on December 13, 1978, in Lafayette, LA to David and Virginia Mills. David enjoyed the great outdoors hunting, fishing, and working. His love for his family was paramount and was always a ray of sunshine. David loved LSU and playing baseball.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, one son, Brayden Mills; one stepdaughter, Alyssa Trabeau; father, David Mills and Linda Clanton; two sisters, Misty Harlow and Crystal Douglas and husband Hank; girlfriend and best friend, Dani Bacon; cherished kids at heart, Gracie and Christian; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Simon Mills.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday, March 17, 2024, with a rosary at 5:30 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Cremation will follow visitation and has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
