Debbie Suzanne Sensat

Debbie Sensat, 56, of Lake Charles, LA, died at her residence on Thursday morning. Debbie was looking forward to being reunited with her deceased parents, Albert and Mary Vernell Sensat. Debbie was born September 22, 1956 in Lake Charles, LA where she lived all her life. She graduated from Sam Houston High School. Debbie was a caregiver for many and she loved children, especially her nieces and nephews. Ms. Sensat leaves to honor her memory brother Wayne Sensat and wife Christine, and Roger Sensat; Her caregiver and loving companion Stan Chai; nephews and nieces Brent Sensat and his wife Rhonda, Kevin Sensat and his wife Mandi, Greg Sensat and his wife Brooke, Tiffany Woodhouse and her husband Jared, Terri Sensat, and Darin Sensat. Debbie also leaves to cherish her memory her life-long friends, Mary McFarland and Tammy Yancey Wells. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Vernell Sensat, and sister-in-law Susan Sensat. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Saturday in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Her uncle, Harry Sommers will officiate. Burial will be in Old Ritchie Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
