Debra Layne Gould

Debra Layne Duhon Gould, 68, went and met her Lord and Savior peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on January 10, 2024.
Debra loved listening to music and dancing, especially under the carport with her sweet grandbabies. Her family was everything to her. She always went above and beyond for her family and friends. She was always up for a trip to the casinos anytime someone wanted to go. The thing she loved the most and was most proud of was her title of “Gram”. Her four grandchildren were her world.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 50 years Gary Gould; son, Shane Gould; daughter, Brandi LeJune, and husband Mark Jr.; grandchildren, Hayden Gould, Hunter Gould, Presley LeJune and Addison LeJune; former daughter-in-law, Stephanie Gould; sister, Melissa Castille; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws; Bob and Deborah Gould, Durlene and Martin Duplechin, Sherry Louviere, Debbie Gould, Rene Duhon and Linzie Morse.
She is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Nell Duhon; father-in-law, Doyle Patrick Gould; mother-in-law; Goldie Elanie Dore; siblings, Cynthia Morse, Linda Laxson, Mona Miller and Steve Duhon; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, Mark Castille, Dwayne Laxson, Ronnie Gould and Pat Gould.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Gould, Hayden Gould, Robert Duplechin, Kevin Caswell, Chance Duhon and Jarrett Gould.
Funeral services for Debra will be at 2 PM, Monday, January 15, 2024, at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of service. A burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Sulphur, La., under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
