Dennis Roy Hale, Sr., 69, passed away on January 12, 2024, at a local hospital. He was born on August 10, 1954, to Charles and Juanita Hale.
Dennis enjoyed traveling. He was a truck driver which gave him the perfect opportunity to travel and see all 48 states. When he wasn’t driving his truck, he loved to spend time outdoors, fishing and recreational vehicles. He was someone that would always lend a helping hand if you needed something fixed. He was a real handyman that would give you the shirt off his back. He was always the life of the party, telling jokes and making people laugh. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Dennis Hale, Jr. (Brande), Christopher Hale, Sr. (Elizabeth); daughter, Jessica Hale (Justin); brothers, Phillip Hale (Donna), Mike Hale (Tammy); the mother of his sons, Betty Hart; Grandchildren, Destinnee Williamson (Chance), Christian Hale, Branden Hale, Christopher Hale, Jr., and Annaleah Hale; step-grandchildren, Courtney Ellis, John Ellis and Haile Honstein (Chris); great-grandson, Blaine Williamson and numerous cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Wendall Hale, Jr; mother, Juanita Marie Meaux; brother, Robert Hale; Mother of Jessica, Janice Spell Reed.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, January 17, 2024. at Mimosa Pines Cemetery South.
