Donald Leslie Edwards, Sr.

Donald Leslie Edwards Sr., 71, of Moss Bluff passed away on Friday, February 09, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Donald was born on October 09, 1952, in DeRidder, LA, and lived most of his life in Moss Bluff, LA.

He loved to work with his hands and could build anything with wood. While Donald’s greatest joy was his family, he had a true passion for telling many stories while feeding the hummingbirds outside, and fishing.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife: Jacqueline Halsey Edwards, one daughter: Stephanie Edwards, one son: Donny Ray Edwards, two Grandchildren: Kyson and Isabella Edwards, and two brothers: Bill Edwards, and Jim Edwards.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter: Dallas Dearman, and one brother: Ricky Edwards.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Heart of Hospice.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.
